Get Baked with Buttercake!
There is nothing better than a homemade chewy gooey chocolate chip cookie. In this recipe, we teach you how to make the classic cookie even better by elevating it with cannabis infused butter.

Remember you need way less Cannabis than you think to make your edibles effective, and using a mixture of Cannabutter and regular butter will make your edibles taste much more like regular chocolate chip cookies. Remember that 10mg of THC when ingested is considered one dose, 10 mg of THC is plenty for most people.
For this recipe you’ll need a few tools:

2 – Stand Mixer, hand mixer or wooden spoon whichever you prefer
3 – Baking Sheet
4 – Cooling Tray
5 – Spatula
6 – Mixing Bowl

Our recipe is dosed with enough butter to make each cookie contain 18.4mg of THC
236g all-purpose flour
2.5g Baking soda

46g room temperature unsalted butter
118g white sugar
118g brown sugar
1 room temperature egg
8g vanilla paste or vanilla extract
175g chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour and baking soda and set aside.
In another bowl, using your stand mixer or hand mixer cream together the white sugar, brown sugar, Cannabutter and unsalted butter until smooth, creamy and fully mixed.
Add the egg, salt and vanilla to the butter mixture, beat until fully incorporated.
Add the flour mixture to the creamed butter and sugar, and mix until just incorporated.
Add the chocolate chips and mix until just incorporated.
Cover the bowl and put in the fridge for a minimum of one hour or overnight if possible.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
The key to properly and evenly dosed edibles is knowing the total amount of THC in your batch, and using your scale to weigh out each serving. Weigh out your final dough and divide the final weight by 36 (the recipe yield)
Our dough weighs 835g total making our cookies 23g each to get the desired dosing of 18.4mgTHC/ cookie.
Using your digital scale weigh your dough into 23g balls and bake for 12-14 mins. Keep an eye on your cookies, you know they are done when the edges are slightly browned, and the middle is still pale. Chocolate chip cookies taste best when they are slightly under done in the middle.
